360° Feedback

A feedback method with many perspectives:

  • 360-degree feedback (also called 360-degree feedback or 360-degree assessment) assesses the skills and achievements of professionals and executives from different perspectives.
  • This includes employees, supervisors, colleagues, team members or customers or suppliers (external image).
  • Added to this is the self-assessment (self-image).
  • With this diversity of opinions, 360-degree feedback has become one of the most important tools in leadership development
  • The feedback will then be used for further work.
